Shipping

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order contents. From time to time, select items may include complimentary shipping as part of a limited offering.

We currently ship within the United States only.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Kindly note:

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary once in transit
  • Orders are shipped as entered at checkout—please review your details carefully before placing your order

 

Order Changes & Cancellations

Once a shipping confirmation has been issued, the order is already in transit and cannot be modified.

If the order has not yet shipped, it may be modified or canceled. Please reach out as soon as possible to make changes: orders@shoponecurrent.com



Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unused and unwashed
  • In original condition
  • Returned with original packaging

All returns must be requested and approved in advance.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. 

If preferred, we can provide a return label and deduct the cost from your refund to ensure a smooth and trackable process.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow a few business days for processing after the item has been received.


Exchanges

Exchanges are available on a case-by-case basis.

  • Items must meet all return eligibility requirements
  • Once your return is in transit, a replacement order may be arranged
  • Any difference in value will be adjusted accordingly

Final Sale Items

Certain items are not eligible for return due to hygiene and safety considerations, including:

  • Personal-use textiles (such as washcloths and towels)
  • Pet-related items

These items are considered final sale.



Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives in less than expected condition, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include clear photos or video showing:

  • The item
  • The packaging condition

We’ll take care of it.

Items should not be used beyond initial inspection.



Lost or Delayed Packages

Once shipped, orders are handled by the carrier.

If your package is:

  • Lost in transit — we will assist in resolving the issue
  • Marked as delivered but not received — we recommend filing a claim with the carrier

If you need guidance, we’re here to help.



Refused Deliveries

If a delivery is refused and returned to us, original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Any additional shipping fees incurred will be the responsibility of the customer.



Promotions & Platform Orders

Occasionally, we may offer complimentary shipping on select items.

These offerings may vary depending on where you place your order, including third-party platforms such as TikTok.

Orders placed through third-party platforms may also be subject to that platform’s policies and timelines.
