Most kitchen sponges are made from synthetic foam or plastic mesh — they shed microplastics with every use and end up in the landfill within weeks. These wool sponges are fully biodegradable, naturally anti-microbial, resistant to odor, and durable enough to outlast their conventional counterparts many times over. The wool is felted from local, climate-beneficial wool from a local Fibershed.
